The EA-to-AI transition is the central narrative. In his 2024 FutureCIO keynote he framed EA as four interlocking layers — business, data, application, technology — and argued that AI/ML is the only way to make those layers talk at enterprise speed: "You need to think about your ecosystem as one big map and how these apps can talk to each other without any human intervention, so the only way to scale this is through AI." Under his leadership JCorp was featured by Microsoft as a customer story for centralizing on Azure, rolling out Microsoft 365 Copilot to more than 500 employees, and mapping over 100 AI use cases Group-wide — including GenAI organisational-persona simulation for innovation testing.
