Abstract

A keynote on the four interlocking layers of enterprise architecture — business, data, application, technology — and why AI/ML is the only practical integration fabric at enterprise speed. Includes JCorp's transition to AIOps for cost root-cause analysis.

The keynote walked the room through the four-layer EA model — business, data, application, technology — and the practical observation that those layers do not talk to each other at human speed. AI is treated here not as a layer, but as the integration fabric that lets the existing layers operate as one ecosystem. The middle third of the talk covered AIOps as applied to cost optimisation at JCorp; the closing third covered the cultural prerequisites for the shift.
